Does the shark reef reward need to be redeemed online - or can I just bring the redemption code to the M-life desk when I'm there? I'm not certain which day I want to use it so picking a day hard. Thanks!
It's different now. Once you redeem you will get an email. From there you will go into your m life account and reserve tickets. You have to choose a day to go. Once you reserve your tickets you will get a confirmation email. Take that directly to the will call window at the shark reef and they will give you your tickets to get in.
