Sugar Factory in Paris unused My Vegas reward

Ran out of time during my December trip to stop at the Sugar Factory in Paris and redeem my reward. The My Vegas website does not explain a way to reverse this and get my points back. I will not be back in Nevada before its expiration date of 2/1/15.

I don't know which reward you got but I think if you just go to the rewards section of the game and click on "my purchases" it will bring up any of your rewards that haven't been redeemed yet. I think there's a button you can hit to just turn the reward back in. The loyalty points will be back in your account almost instantly.

I had one reward that did not have a cancel reward option so i clicked on the Support link at the very bottom of the rewards page and told them my issue, via the email(?) form.

within a few hours they refunded it automatically.

i just saw the points back on my account and saw the reward was gone from my wallet, no further reply, they just took care of it
