awards are restocked at 7am vegas time they usually hit around 7:10 keep clicking on next and then back to browsing until form pops up...fill in info quickly, make sure you use 1 e-mail account for every award redeemed on the players account (do not vary it), different player should use separate e-mail account, use the name on your m-life card or DL as they will compare it when you go to Vegas....for shows after you get the award you can call the number they provide and book it usually till the end of the year, check the blackout dates, every show has a few days off. If you have multiple players redeeming or multiple shows you can book them at the same time when you call the number, that way if you and your spouse both get 1 ticket to "O" you will be sitting together.
when you get to vegas you go to any M-Life show box office and they can pull up your reservations and print all your show tickets for you. Buffets, food and drink are redeemed at the m-life desk of the hotel they are used in, you only need the confirmation code you get when you redeem the award on myvegas, not the entire e-mail. We always get comp rooms, so I don't know how they work. One last thing unless you buy $50 or more of chips to play with your awards are limited to 3 per person in a rolling 30 day period, so make sure you plan how many you each will use.
