12-15 cbb I may be stretching to get a play on tonight's card. I do lean strongly to Minnesota, but am going to play the under instead. Nolen still out for the Gophers and it has seemed to have an little bit of an impact on their offensive performance. I think the Gophers really turn up the defensive heat in this game and I expect a lot of one shot posessions for Akron as Minnesota will absolutely own the defensive glass. My one concern is that the Gophers get out to an early lead and start to play fast and loose, but I will take my chances as I see Akron struggling to get into the mid 50s here. Akron/Minnesota under 140 (record: 1-0-1)

On another note, I kind of agree with RAS' play on Oregon State but I don't like the market resistance. That said, Oregon State is definitely on my watch list as Roberto Nelson, a very highly touted recruit two years ago, finally became eligible and is apparently a pretty energenic, well-liked guy that may give a boost to this team. They catch GW on Saturday at home and Ill-Chicago next Wednesday (they should be very short favs in both games, maybe a bucket bigger favorite against Ill-Chicago). I can see a short little ATS run happening before Pac-10 play starts.
