2 hoops plays for wed. 1st play is on # 708 miami heat -1....utah playing the last game of a 5 game road trip and 5th game in 8 days no doubt looking forward to getting home for the holidays.jazz also just 5-8 on the road with a noticable dropoff offensively.heat meanwhile are closing out a 6 game homestand here tonight in which they are just 2-3 and have had 2 days off at home between games since losing to portland sunday night.miami will be heading out afterwards as they are playing on the road christmas morning in new york...this game feels much bigger for miami than utah.heat have won 6 straight over the jazz here in miami.i also like the idea of a superstar off a subpar game.dwyane wade had an off night sunday not shooting well and getting 0 rebounds.he had no impact in the 2nd half of a home loss....we get big heat effort here tonight to close out the homestand....heat -1 a strong play
my 2nd play is on # 766 new orleans +7....i'm not buying the idea here that canisius goes from an 11.5 point dog yesterday when they upset tournament host southern miss to a team today that is supposed to walk over anybody.canisius has 5 wins this year with 2 vs non board teams st francis and howard...the other 3 wins that are vs board teams are by 2,5 and 3 points.canisius isn't good enough right now for this spread range.give me the 7 point dog that has defended the ball fairly well thus far.....new orleans +7 a strong play.......good luck fellas
