# 550 valparaiso pk you talk about a team ready and prepared for a conference home opener it's this crusader team tonight at home on new year's eve.on the surface you see a 5-8 valpo team but listen to where this team has been on the road thus far...at north carolina,at michigan st,at butler,at purdue and at an akron team that is starting to open some eyes.a ridiculous early season road slate to say the least.i like the dynamics valpo can bring on offense with 3 starters who shoot better than 42% from 3 pt range and better than 75% from the ft line....rare in coll bb.it's a great great spot tonight with crusaders coming off a little 2 game road trip playing only their 4th home game in 14 contests vs a wis-milwaukee club who possibly could have one eye on a saturday afternoon game at butler.all those tough non conf away games shows homer drew has been down this avenue before having his teams ready for conference play....everything lines up nice tonight....VALPARAISO PK....BIG
