# 712 houston rockets pk great spot tonight for this houston team...started a homestand off on saturday night with a bad loss to chicago as a 6 pt fave.they trailed wire to wire in that game which is hard to believe and players talked about a lack of intensity and going through the motions vs chicago...the night before that houston went into san antonio and won as a 6 pt dog so in a back to back they couldn't get up for an inferior opponent and paid the price...as a result now tonight we get great focus and energy from a good home team from the stronger conference in a pk situation...rockets have beaten this atlanta team 10 in a row in this building and 16 of 17....when houston went to atlanta earlier this season the rockets were right with them all game and were essentially beat at the buzzer by a dunk...i got a feeling that is one loss that sticks out in houston's mind having blown a chance to win on one of the tougher home courts in the league to this point...focused home team here off a bad home performance vs a team playing it's first road game in 2 full weeks.
