# 717 charlotte bobcats -1 wow...you talk about 2 teams passing each other in the night this is it...new orleans has just about stopped competing facing a team full of confidence having won 6 of the last 8 and now has it's magic number down to 2 games to clinch the franchise's 1st playoff berth...the difference right now in how these 2 teams defend the basketball is staggering...charlotte is the best defensive team in the league right now facing a team who has over the last few months been disinterested on that end of the floor...the hornets just since feb.1st have given up over 100 points 22 times including 7 instances over 110 allowed!...in the same time frame charlotte has let it happen just 5 times...some of the teams that are going nowhere are still showing effort but not this hornets club right now...in this current 3 game losing streak is a home loss to the wizards that broke a 16 game losing skid for washington and a 28 point beatdown at new jersey...new orleans is counting down the days to freedom and this solid bobcat team will make them pay tonight as they are feeling it and are just too much defensively for an opponent that's going through the motions...bobcats without a doubt remember the first meeting between these teams just 2 months...bobcats were an 8.5 point home fave with no chris paul for new orleans and lost outright by 5...in hindsight one of the worst losses they have suffered in this run to the playoffs and tonight just laying a single point charlotte will take care of business...# 717 CHARLOTTE BOBCATS -1 is a play...good luck gentlemen.
