# 762 new jersey nets +1.5 i know it's ugly on the surface but this is about cashing tickets and this is a rare instance where the nets are the right side and we take advantage...first off tyreke evans will be out tonight so we take away sacramento's leader in points,assists and steals...kings have played 7 straight games without leaving california and in the last 16 days have left the state just once for a short juant to portland which was of course another road loss...so now we have a 7-28 road team minus their floor general who gives up 105 ppg and we make them road chalk vs a club that just might be playing harder in this spot...down the stretch here the nets would need to go 3-9 to avoid a tie with the 1972 sixers and looking at their schedule the nets are believing they could get it done...7 of the 12 games left are vs sub .500 teams including 5 more home instances where they host teams with atrocious road records(kings,pistons,hornets,bulls and bobcats)...so it's not out of the realm here but it starts tonight vs a team starting a cross country road trip late in a lost season in a road environment tonight they may not get up for in sleepy east rutherford...the next 2 games of this trip are in boston and cleveland in front of sellout crowds where the kings will be huge underdogs and just let it all hang out...tonight being the fave i think sacramento is in trouble...2 months ago the kings went east for 6 games and went 0-6 losing 5 by double digits...that is hard to do...this team has no idea how to finish away from arco and tonight they lose a playmaker that gets others involved and the leading rookie scorer in the nba and it will show as they are just 2-5 without him...he was also the kings leading scorer in these teams previous meeting in sacramento...we will see effort from new jersey these last 12 games and there will be spots for them as evidenced in the last month alone a win at boston and close losses in memphis,dallas,okla city and houston where they laid down in none of them....perfect spot for new jersey here tonight...# 762 NEW JERSEY NETS +1.5 is a play
