# 834 valparaiso +9 this number is just too much to lay into this valpo team right now...athletics-recreation center in valparaiso has been a nightmare for opponents over the years and this season is no exception...crusaders are off a sloppy performance last time out barely competing in a non conference loss at bowling green.there is no question that was a look ahead spot to tonight as it is senior night and a rare visit to valpo by the espn cameras...you have to go back 18 straight home games to find valpo's last double digit home loss which is what would have to happen here for us to not cash the ticket...valpo is the #1 offense in the horizon,#1 fg % offense,#1 3 pt shooting % off and the league leader in assists scoring 70+ points in the last 10 games...this is staggering...they have played 9 conf games in which it was a 1 possession game with 15 seconds or less left in the game including 6 of their last 8!...this is a very confident crusaders team in this gym and i think valpo will be around all night in this game...+9 is a touch generous with valpo being 10-7 in conf play...when butler played at 4 other conf teams with the same current conf record as valpo(wisc-gb) or WORSE(wisc-mil,cle st,detroit) they laid 8 or less in all 4...and now they lay 9 into a very strong home court on a night where valpo will let it all hang out?...this number is inflated and it's a bad number...# 834 VALPARAISO +9 is a very good bet...good luck fellas
