# 885 toronto raptors +8.5 my only play for sunday...there is value here for a couple of reasons...toronto is sitting on a good effort tonight coming off losses to 2 teams that are going nowhere in sacramento and golden st...before that however this team played the lakers in la wire to wire leading for much of the game before losing at the buzzer so we know what they are capable of when interested and i think it's a good spot tonight...after last night's loss chris bosh had some choice words for his team and coming in sitting in the 8th slot in the east by just a game and a half we should see a focused basketball team...not often we can grab 8.5 in the nba with the team that is better in these 3 categories(rebounding,fg % and 3 point shooting %)...these teams met just 2 and a half weeks ago and toronto was a 3 pt favorite and this is a ridiculous overcorrection in the number...with recent losses by just 8 to cleveland and 2 to the lakers toronto is playing the better teams with a bit more energy and effort and tonight we get the same at an inflated price...# 885 TORONTO RAPTORS +8.5 is a play...good luck gentlemen

Disgusting loss on both bets really. Very good pick IMO. Blazers shoot 9 of 12 from 3 point land in the first half and some of them were contested fairly well as I watched most of the game. Batum hit everything he threw up towards the rim. Raptors trailed by 2 with 5 minutes left and had all the momentum. Hedo and Bargnani gave them nothing tonight. Blazers last two home covers (Sac & Raptors) are both as lucky of home covers as you will see on a night to night basis in the NBA. NBA is really tough right now LEL. These are the true "dog days" for NBA gamblers. Another 10-14 days things should get easier as teams making playoff pushes and playing for seeding will make things a little more predictable. I really liked this play and am surpised it lost but when a team like Portland shoots 12-20 for the game from the 3 point line and 21-23 from the free throw line and you still only trail by 2 with 5 minutes left and you are catching 8.5 you are on the right side...regardless the outcome. Agree with Burger. Toronto had lead down to 3 or so in mid 4th qtr. Portland hit a million 3's. Tough loss.
