Bracket Buster Conclusion: ESPN games in Nowheresville go 'over'

Bracket Buster Conclusion: ESPN games in Nowheresville go 'over' The one time of the year, many of these teams get the spotlight. A lot of action in those games!
something people found out years ago if you read other forums
something people found out years ago if you read other forums
Sorry for the ignorance but could someone please give me a strict definition of "bracket buster" game so I can look for these spots in the future. Also, if EVERYONE knows about this angle it seems like the books would catch on.
More helpful would be what the definition of Nowheresville is. I'll take a stab. If the home team is on national TV for the first time all year in February or later, bet the over at open and come back over the top under at post.

I think just bet the over, the market doesn't seem to understand this So....... if Duke or Michigan State is on TV.......who cares. But, put Valpo or Vermont or ST Marys or ODU (you get the idea) on an ESPN Game, the later in the day the better, and you better load your total, since if you just use normal game paces, your numbers are going to come too low.
