Busted Early in Main Event/Possible 2H Evening Plays Here/Notice to the Board 1) Out early in the Main Event...was rolling along smoothly and the table court jester got my chips. With the blinds of 100-200 (I had 24k) villain had 20 K. One limper and Villain raises to 700, I make it 2100 to go with KK.
Blinds and limper fold and Villain calls.
Flop J72 with 2 diamonds. Villain checks and I fire 4100 into a 4500 pot.
Villain calls and checks in the dark.
Turn Q of clubs.
I count down villains stack and he has about 13,600 left. I fire 7k committing myself to the pot.
He goes into tank for 3 full minutes and finally says "Well I know you are putting me all in on the next card anyway" and pushes the rest of his stack (6600 more for me to call) in the pot. I auto call of course and he says "I got lucky on ya there" and flips over QQ.
"What took you so long?" I replied.
"I wanted to make sure you called me"...said the idiot.
"Oh so you didn't think I was committed to the hand, the hollywood show was necessary?" said I...
Left with with a little over 4K which was all in a round later with 55 vs same willain AK and K snags the river.
Tourney over...
