College Refs and Totals Im sure I am not saying anything not painfully obvious to all who watch but it is sure mind boggling how much the referees and their whistles dictate the pace of play.
Also probably influenced at this time by the fact Im on Duke Under and these guys seem to be having a contest over who can call the most fouls.
