The Contrarian Tourney play if the day! (1-0 Xman TT over)... St Mary's/Baylor over 142 Yeah going against RAS (among others) but like the play. Both teams like to play fast at times. Both are balanced teams. Both can hit the 3. Great value with the line dropping. I am hoping it drops a little lower. St marys been very very good to me this year including huge over play against Portland when everyone went under on that play was also with a huge line drop. OVer! Xman team total ended at 72 in regulation with zero help the last few minutes because it was very close and there was no fouling and chasing. It could have been an easy winner in regulation but will take the luck. No luck needed tonight. The Contrarian play of the day.

X was 63 pts at half. getting 88 in the 2nd half for the win would have required lots of luck and fortune. under was the obvious winner. over players simply got lucky. how will shooting in reliant stadium be? we've seen low scoring games thus far in all these domes. i fully expect these teams to have problems shooting from outside initially and they should also be VERY nervous. None of these guys or coaches have any experience with pressure at this level either. both teams like to play fast..... AT TIMES ...... but is this a time they want to run up and down the court and give up easy baskets?? or would they rather play tough defense and smart offense and take care of the ball. the Thursday games indicate the latter. good luck though. you certainly have more value here with the 3 point drop

Jeff X team total dropped to 72.5. After a very slow start they needed 41 in the 2nd half (scored 32 in the 1st half)which is not too far from the actual lines. Not much help down the stretch either as previously mentioned. Nerves are a big factor good point. But the shooters looked fine once they got going. I have watched and studied these teams all year. THey can easily get to 70+. Granted the stakes are higher which is the only problem here. If the game can "open up" this one flies over. Good luck!
