Gaming the Game

Gaming the Game I have been reading this book about the Donaghy/NBA betting scandal. Am curious if anyone has any insight into three of the characters in the book. The Chinaman, Zorba and The Computer. Based on the description in the book, The Computer could be BW and Zorba may be the someone involved with The Greek sportsbook. I have no thoughts on The Chinaman, who is described as being Vietnamese and living on the west coast. Or is most of this bullshit from a local bookie in Philly who got caught? Any thoughts or comments? Thanks.

When did this come out? Wasn't there another such book that the nba lobbied publishing houses not to print? Or is this the book with a new title?
