I grabbed Dallas +280 this morning If you are surfing futures, any Dallas +260 or more should be a solid bet right now.........likely hard to find but certainly out there.
Greek has overreacted and is now +205. Of course that means Chicago is +385. If you grab Dallas at +250 somewhere else, it looks like a bit of positive EV, depending on your Heat power ratings, of course.

The Cal-Neva isn't publicly using the name as of two weeks ago, but apparently they are already using their lines. I couldn't get a straight answer about that, though. She kept spinning the question as if I were asking whether there were two lines for each game to pick from.
