The Spurs are a veteran team that won't overlook Chicago. You may have the right side but San Antonio is not going to pack it in.

I think veteran savvy teams ARE THE BEST to fade ...... Teams like Okl City, etc. have no experience in stuff like this. Savvy, veteran teams like LAL, Spurs, Boston are my kind of teams, that are sharp enough to 'know' when they become locked into playoff spots, and not to overdo the effort in bad spots like this. It's been a long, good rodeo trip. Let's make our club reservations, and get out healthy.

So you're saying teams know they are locked into a certain seed with a third of the schedule remaining? Go back and see how San Antonio has done right before and after the All-Star break. While other teams mail it in the veteran teams come to play.
