Mon 11/01 NBA

Mon 11/01 NBA 2-1 for 2nd straight day. Shouldn't have added the Warriors 2nd H. 12-16 (-3.4) 501 Portland (+1') Chicago still figuring things out. Plus they are without Boozer. They are off the miracle 4th qtr comeback to beat Detroit. Portland is a sleeper team in the West and they defend like mothers. 503/504 Toronto/Sacramento OV 207 505/506 San Antonio/LA Clippers OV 195 Clips haven't shot over 40% in their first 3, so why would they able to against usually solid San Antonio? A-ha. SA shot 38% at home against NO on Saturday.
506 LA Clippers (+8') Baron Davis OUT tonight for the Clips. That's why the move to the under and I got a bad #. Actually got 194' and just noticed I posted 195. Davis being out actually makes the Clips better on offense. Foye is better for the Clips to run the point and will actually look to set up guys. He also is a better shooter.
1-3 tonight. Davis was OUT and so was Foye. Rookie Bledsoe had to start. Clippers shot 46%, but they just don't get easy baskets. Liked the 2nd H over of Toronto/Sac but was too chicken to play it. Seems like in the NBA I'm playing all the losers and leaving off the winners. Just fighting to get back to .500. I'm embarrassed by this performance. I was MUCH better last year. I may have to bet the whole board for a week and see if I can get above 50% and then get conservative.
Chris Kaman has been beyond awful. I was wondering if every time I watch him play, I'm just catching bad moments. I checked his personal stats and realize that all his moments have been bad moments so far. 14 for 47 29.8% from the field, FOR A CENTER!!! He plays in the paint. Clippers have been beyond awful so far. Like MC Hammer said, can't touch this. They did shoot better tonight 46% compared to 37% in their first 3 games. Eric Gordon destroyed tonight. 23 points and 11 assists sharing the points. Couple of monster dunks also.
