NBA Monday 708 Milwaukee -2
We'll ride the Bucks here in a good spot. Milwaukee has had a couple of days off over Christmas, rested and ready, coming off 2 solid wins and a very impressive West Coast trip. In comes the Hawks who lost last night to the Hornets scored only 86 and are now facing a hot rested team in a back to back road contest. Atlanta has lost 5 straight away games.
Despite their best player G Brandon Jennings still out for the Bucks, they haven't missed a beat with G Earl Boykins playing like an All-Star rookie. Maggette should be OK and good to go tonight after a concussion and he was key in their 108-91 drubbing of the Hawks in Atlanta back in mid Nov. As long as Bogut, Boykins and Salmons are in, this is a dangerous team.
The line opened -1.5, and was the overnight number and not available at most sportsbooks because the Hawks played last night. I would play the Bucks at -2.5 or less.
