I'm assuming you mean that the "NBA team favored or dog of +3 or less" refers to the game in which they got blown out, not the current game.
Here is the SDQL text:

The league is 85-83-4 OU in this spot.
I "fine-tuned" it to this:
[B]p:line=125 and rest=0
[/B]
Which translates as: NBA teams are 1-10 OU with no rest off a loss by more than 20 points in which they allowed 125 points as long as they weren't a dog of more than three points in that blowout loss. This "system" is 0-8 OU its last eight, staying under by an average of 20.0 ppg.
