NBA Totals for Jan.21st Another big schedule. Not a bad night tonight with those totals. That Denver ended up really hot and I think Washington had 95 FGA.
Let's get right to it. I have put my number first followed by what the big books got for the game.

Not as many big differences tonight. The OKC/NJ game opened at 202 and I think sharp bettors knocked that down right away. I wish I had 202 but I don't to go under.
513 One game that is interesting is the Rockets and Spurs. I'm a solid 3.5 pts under their total. It is not intuitive to me either so I don't think this one will come down to my number. Both these teams actually have been poor defensively and both teams have put up games with 100 or more points. But the Spurs under was a good bet tonight vs. Sacramento and it did get bet down several points. These offenses are efficient but it must be my forecast is for a slow game.
I lost by a point on that Detroit over tonight. The market took that down and I went over 180 and it came 179. Once again I'm a bucket higher than the market. These 1st quarter's with Wallace starting look like hockey scores for the first half of the first quarter. I'm more inclined to ignore this tomorrow if it gets bid down again a Piston game total unless I really have something good.
507 And then of course the Nuggets and Knicks. Once again I'm a few points lower on a Nugget game and I've lost twice on it. Now the first one was OT vs. Philly but under was the right side. And tonight was closer than you thought it would be after that sizzling start. I have to be careful. I feel I've added possessions and the Nuggets can play some D. The Knicks are just struggling but I'm sure they are bound to get a game to go well for themselves. Carmelo vs. the Nuggets. I would figure the game will be played with some intensity. Do the Nuggets ever get tired? I really do want to play this under.
Truth be told I liked that Twolves game under tonight and would have lost but we got the smart money on that Pacers over. I didn't fall for that one as that stayed under so I figured it could be a bad move up. But I'm surprised I'm not lower than the market for the game vs. Utah but I'm pretty close. I think I could have dumped it another point or so lower but I didn't adjust as much this time for Rubio starting and perhaps the oddsmaker has figured that out. I see a little money already showing on the under.
