Raymond Felton out for Portland. When he's on the floor Portland scores more than with any other player. I never really liked this guy but those are the numbers. I'm surprised the number isn't higher for this game but I think perhaps with 'Felton out and a perception perhaps that Portland plays more D or is slower than it is has the number down. I'm not sure who gets Felton's minutes. Flynn?
