NBA trend

NBA trend Someone posted an NBA trend that wins every year the other day, but I forgot to write it down. Anyone know the trend that was posted? Or for that matter, any other trend that wins year in and year out? I'm getting killed in pro baskets this year.
Road favorites of 5 or more hits at 55%.

The only two metrics I put in the DB were road team and >=5-pt favorites.

I thought this was the trend he meant. They would be a play regardless of the loss.
