Yes, that was me. A guy by the name of Mike Orkin--he does not make his software anymore, but here is his dormant site ([url]https://snoopdata.com/[/url]) had a program called Pointspread Analyzer. It has a related data mining software program, the Heat Seeker.
I am not sure why, but it was one of the few programs in the history of the universe that I thought was far better in DOS than in Windows.
I think he originally came up with the program for Roxy Roxborough. But that was one of the great systems of the mid 80s through 90s.
I seem to think the original program went back to at least 1983, perhaps even earlier. It may have even gone back as far as '79, though I think that was the football programs that went back that far.
Wish he still made them and as flexible as in the DOS days.
