Dirk Nowitzki did participate in this morning's shoot-around, but sparingly at best, and the reports are that this weekend is more likely when he'll start. His knee injury is still very bothersome and if he plays may be more of a hindrance/liability that help especially on defense. Caron Butler also out.
The Pacers did play last night and a hard fought win on the road you may project them to be flat or out of gas vs a normal loaded Mavs team, but not this one. If we get close to the same effort tonight, the Pacers will run away with this one. I was very impressed with Darren Collison who exploded for 21 points and 13 assists, Tyler Hansbrough 12 pts, 9 boards and Granger his usual numbers.
