NCAAB Tuesday 1st Half Wagers [B]526 Wake Forest -3 1st Half[/B]
Even though on paper BC is a better shooting team than Wake F, I'll take the scrappy team at home here in the 1st half. As our good friends at RWS have alerted and posted the BC Blog, leading scorer and rebounder Trapani is out for BC. I think this will impact BC more in the 1st half as they'll make adjustments throughout the game and perhaps never get the right combination under the glass to stay competitive.
[B]550 Kentucky -8.5 1st Half[/B]
We've been on this train for a few weeks and our theory is that UK flies around the court and gets up by double digits and coasts home and or gets tired in the final minutes. Sure, sometimes an opponent will lay down like LSU did, lose by 40, simply surrendering to the speed, bench and scoring that Kentucky posses, but Alabama will try to slow that down. Their games are relatively tight low scoring contests. I made UK -16 but would rather lay -8.5 or less in the 1st half.
