Nevada and The Nation's Unemployed, do they really even want jobs??

Nevada and The Nation's Unemployed, do they really even want jobs?? I am constantly amazed that folks don't realize that to get/stay hired it REALLY helps to 1. Not have long hair/goatees/tattoos/piecings/etc. IS THIS REALLY SUCH A DIFFICULT CONCEPT??
I couldn't agree more. How about the difficulty of realizing that in order to work as an Air Traffic Controller at an airport and if you are assigned the night shift that you undoubtedly need to stay awake while you are responsible for directing incoming and outgoing aircraft. Not complicated to understand. Dozens of occupations require overnight or late night diligence and awareness: Security guards, Taxi drivers, Nurses, just to name a few and if you are unable to accomplish that you should either not take the job or should be fired if you cannot meet the requirements. Changing the routine or rules of air traffic controllers work shifts which seems to be their approach, in my opinion, is not the answer. Stay awake or you are gone!! Simple.
Air Traffic Thing is Media Driven NO ONE is sleeping on the jobs unintentionally. Instead 2 guys are there, and 1 man sleeps while the other guys covers both of them, not right, but not like someone is zzzzzzzzzzzing asleep at the wheel. Having said that, I am taken aback by 1. How many people EMPLOYED in the service industry with good jobs are PRESENTABLE/GROOMED/NO FACIAL HAIR/NO TATTOOS/SHORT HAIR and the unemployed are the opposite, and blaming the economy.
My business partner in the service industry told me that the guys selling hot dogs off the cart with the short hair will offend no one but the guy with the pony tail might affect only one in a thousnd but why take the chance that he is the one customer to be walking by. The story I read was that in fact there was only one controller on duty and the FAA was changingnpolicy to require two at ALL times.

BennyProfane once told me that he had been fired from all 18 jobs that he has ever had. In Vegas, he worked for a time at Poker Palace, the El Cortez, and Leroy's, and got fired from each job. That has to be a record for ineptitude.

There are better solutions.
There's probably only one on duty overnight when air traffic is low. On the other hand, $37 million is less than what frivolous lawsuits would add up to.
