Luckys let me bet all 4 permutations......they even moved a line back for me when I went to bet KY-3.5 vs. Butler, and then they moved it to -4 before it was approved. OF course I did tell them "If you are telling me someone in Elko or Reno just bet this in the 20 second delay while you were approving this, then I went to see the documentation!!"
