The Irish will be without their star center Luke Harangody for their third consecutive game. He is averaging 24.1 points and 10 rebounds per game and was Notre Dame's only serious offensive threat in the post. Without him in the lineup the Irish are a perimeter-oriented team. They should find the scoring a little more difficult tonight as the Panthers defend the three-point shot very well (currently the Big East top team at 30.5%). The Panthers are the slowest pace team in the Big East conference and three of the Irish last four games have been some of their slowest paced games of the year so we should once again see a slow pace game tonight. The Panthers this season are not nearly as potent offensively as previous Panther teams, they have only surpassed 70 pts in 3/14 conference games this season.
