Question for Fezzik re: RAS Prop bet at Matchbook

Question for Fezzik re: RAS Prop bet at Matchbook Fezzik: Throughout this basketball season, I took numerous positions on the "over/under 10 wins" wager on the Matchbook X-Bet for how many units RAS would win on their first 200 side plays. All in all, I ended up with significant exposure to the over (i.e., rooting for the under to come in). After sweating out the last few plays, this came in under 10, and MB has since taken down the market for that wager, but has not graded the wager -- which makes me a bit nervous. Have you confirmed with MB that this wager came in on the under side of things? Any update otherwise on this? Many thanks for your input here. BigFish

Yes, very sharp. I tied to get a little too cute with this one, nearly got burned badly. With only 4 plays left, RAS was up just over 5 units. So I figured it was mathematically impossible for the over to hit. So I offered a large position at odds around -1800 on the under (tempting others with +1800 on the over). I figured someone might not read the rules thoroughly enough (only first 200 plays count) and would take me up on the offer. (in hindsight, I was the one not reading the rules thoroughly enough!) Someone took me up on it, and I thought is was free money. Then, the next play was for 2 UNITS -- and it won! (I forgot about the double unit plays!!). So with 3 plays left, RAS was now up 7.3 units. If they win their next 3 I lose close to 20 dimes. Ouch! I didn't hedge out (although was tempted), and on Saturday RAS released 3 plays, and went 2 for 3 -- missing 3 for 3 by 1 basket. Wow!! Good lesson for me going forward.
