I dont know if this team will win a title let alone multiple ones. The blue print on how to defend the Heat was shown this series. You can bet the Tibs, Doc, and Stan all will be reviewing it. It will likely take firing their coach before they get to the top, he just doesn't fit. Need someone that they will buy into, Spoelstra isn't that guy.

Players and coaches and learn and change though.
Spoelstra worked his way from the basement watching tapes to head coach. You can bet he'll be watching tapes again to come up with better strategies for next year.
Unless the players want him gone, I think they should keep Spoelstra. They did well this year. Maybe below the lofty expectations, but 2 games from the championship is not bad. Dallas just did it better this season, fortunately
