Shooter's 3/17 CBB

Shooter's 3/17 CBB 5-7 last night (1-1 NCAA, 2-5 NIT, 1-0 CBI, 1-1 CIT) Haven't had a winning day since last Friday and really need one soon. I worked hard on this card today, but tread lightly. NIT: 634 Dayton (-4) (-108) 1st H 634 Dayton (-7) (-111) Game Dayton got booed in their own building the final reg season game and didn't play that well at home against GW in A-10 Tourney and then lost a heartbreaker to Xavier. However, I think they come out focused here. Illinois St just threw a kid off the team for sexual assault. 635 Weber State (+10') Gotta take double digits here w/ a Cincy team that struggles in half court offense. 637/638 Northwestern/Rhode Island OV 141' (-108) 638 Rhode Island (-5') N Western overachieved winning 20 games this year without Coble. Lots of underdogs getting the money today due to last night's results. Poses well for this one. 642 Kent State (-4) (-115) 643/644 Nevada/Wichita State UN 142 Nevada played at Missouri St and got slowed down to 60 pts. Wichita St has better defense than Missouri St. 645/646 Troy/Ole Miss OV 149' (-108) Troy slowed it down late in the season, but that was to try and win the Sun Belt Tournament. Troy's natural instinct is to play fast and shoot a ton of 3's. I think they revert back to that. 647 St. John's (+7) Kind of scary here considering there a few people on this one and due to Seton Hall's showing last night. However, the Hall players hated Bobby Gonzalez, who was fired today. St. John's kids like Norm Roberts and his job could be on the line here unless they can make a run. CBI: 655 UWGB (+7) Akron has to be mentally drained here. They went 2 OT with E Michigan and then beat W Michigan at the buzzer in the MAC semis and went OT with Ohio U. Teams that have a week or more to get over a loss in the conf title game tend to show up with a good effort. Akron just played Saturday night and had their hearts ripped out. They don't seem to be into this game at all. UWGB won at reg season champ Kent earlier in the season. 657 IUPUI (+3') IUPUI HC Ron Hunter was pissed when a 26-7 team 2 years ago didn't even get considered for the NIT and couldn't afford to pay the money to have a home game for the CBI. His kids are excited for this. None of them have ever been to New York. On the Hofstra side, Tom Pecora already looking at other jobs. IUPUI definitely wants this more. CIT: 665/666 Harvard/Appalachian State UN 144' 668 Missouri State (-9) 670 Northern Colorado (+1') (-107) Portland beat Oregon, UCLA, Saint Mary's and Minnesota. Early in the season they were talking about at-large for this team and now they have a road game in the CIT? Think this means more to Northern Colorado. 672 Loyola Marymount (PK) GL
653 Duquesne (+4') 657/658 IUPUI/Hofstra OV 144
Need 150 in the Troy/Ole Miss Over and it's 144 with 4 min left and it falls 149. FUCK MY LIFE!!! I give up. I'm probably going to quit posting as it seems I have no confidence and the board doesn't have much confidence in me either to turn this around.
We move on Shooter. Terrible luck in Ole Miss, we had the correct side.

3 losses by 1 point tonight. NW/RI Over, Ole Miss/Troy Over, now Missouri State. No one has worse luck than I do. Fuck this.
I respect your effort. I know it isn't easy.
Let's finish the college hoops season strong Shooter and then onto baseball.
