Surely we can all have a sense of humor about this?

It's not funny. Put yourself in that position. What this guy is doing is criminal. We'll get him eventually, but right now he's getting away with it.

How you go about proving that you own a nickname will be an interesting case study. All of the Slim's, Butch's and Billy's of the world will be watching with bated breath.
