Stevenson on Wade

Stevenson on Wade heard announcers talking about how he did a good job on Wade game 1 but didn't play many mins. Wade went bananas game 2. Anyone have a +/- when Stevenson was guarding him last night? Is there any validity for putting Stevenson on him or was that just typical announcer babble?
On Bill Simmons' NBA Finals Preview podcast, John Hollinger said there was a huge disparity in Wade's production against Stevenson in comparison to against the rest of the other Mavs.
Breen commented in Game 2 that Stevenson shut down Wade in 1st quarter of Game 1 but Marion was guarding him then
In Game 1, Stevenson actually started on Lebron and Marion was on Wade. He did cover Wade later in the game but Stevenson only played 14:26 in G1. According to Statcube at NBA.com, Stevenson's +/- with Wade on the court was -12.7. This is for the two playoff games and is based on a 36-minute average. This is not Stevenson guarding Wade, but just when both players are on the court at the same time.
On Bill Simmons' NBA Finals Preview podcast, John Hollinger said there was a huge disparity in Wade's production against Stevenson in comparison to against the rest of the other Mavs.
In those 2 regular season games that Simmons refers to, Statcube has Stevenson's +/- at 39.6 when both are on the court based on a 36-minute average. Stevenson averaged 15 minutes in the two regular season games. But those 2 games were in November & December. Much different teams since then.

Here's my breakdown: Made layup w/ Kidd defending Missed tough fadeaway w/ DS defending Made tough turnaround (DS) Made layup (not DS) Made layup (don't know) DS steal from Wade Made putback dunk Dunk off turnover Made fadeaway (don't know) Dunk off turnover Driving dunk (don't know) Dunk off turnover
