Texas Tech +1 over Colorado For the fifth time in the history of the Big XII Tournament, teams playing in the regular season finale are turning around and playing in a first-round game.
In each of the previous four occasions, the loser of the regular season finale has rebounded to win the first-round tournament game.
Although certainly not the only reason for the play, Texas Tech fits that bill this morning in its first-round Big XII Tournament game against Colorado.
The Red Raiders have stumbled down the stretch and I fully expect Pat Knight to get a better effort here today in this spot against Colorado.
