Tony at 5Dimes at it again...
Who are you referring to?
I think he/she is referring to him/herself as the "novice". I'm fairly certain there wasn't any disrespect or malice intended towards another poster.
Ahh.... Well an agent (if you can find one that has been around and has a good reputation) gives you a lot of flexibility. For starters you can have a credit line as opposed to having your money tied up either overseas or in CostaRica/Canada. Also when you settle up you can pay or collect in cash so as to having no concerns with wiring money or cashing an out of country check. Plus when you have an issue like mine you can have another source to go to other than just a crook like Tony at 5Dimes.
Sorry to hear...never got the best vibe from them
Burger - If your account was part of a pay per head package you do understand that Tony/5Dimes has no financial interest in your bet - right? They just graded the wager. The guy paying the PPH fee is who the bet is settled with ultimately.

On one of these first 10 minutes wager a friend of mine had won by 2 seconds and graded as a loser, he had a guy trying to tell him he was reading the ESPN boxscore play by play backwards.. which of course he wasn't. They try and go to war on these marginal spots.

Going as far as to say Tony has no interest in "my bet" personally may be true but you can be assured that he had interest in the way he graded the wager. He either A) Graded both sides as losers or most likely B) Was bet more heavily on the under thanks
Tony is certainly a "character," that's for sure. I had an experience with him many years ago where I did well betting I-AA football. The limits were only $200 and mine were cut to $100. I was pretty green at the time and called up to ask if I could get my limits back to $200, and this Tony guy went on this profanity laden tirade, screaming at me about "Who the fuck am I to beat him on his fucking lines." There are lots of good Tony stories floating around the forums. Even though your matter was resolved I would suggest posting to sportsbookreview.com.

I didn't know of this goon when I was set up with 5Dimes as it just happened to be the site an Agent I was referred to used. The agent is really laid back and trustworthy that is why I have stuck with using them for a small portion out. I've beaten this agent pretty badly over the past 2-3 years so I never had the heart to ask him for more when we would meet for me to collect but this kind of thing (or similiar) has happened a handful of times in the past. When you have collected 4-5 times in row it is harder than you think to say "Hey buddy thanks for the $6400 but actually it should be $7550" because 5Dimes did this or that wrong. I'm loser this week so I figured I would not tolerate it this time. Probably should have been brought to my agents attention long ago but as I said, it's hard when you are beating a guy consistently to complain, although I guess I should have. This Tony guy is a goon though...no doubt about it.
