Tues 11/16 CBB

Tues 11/16 CBB 15-9-1 yest. 39-45-1 (-9.1) Working my way back slowly. 717 La Salle (+15') Yes, I know LaSalle was life and death for a while with Columbia at home until the final 2 minutes. Baylor gets Lace Dunn back on Monday against Lipscomb and they are already looking forward to that. Baylor shot only 21-38 from the FT line against Grambling and had 23 turnovers. Clearly they are just playing until Dunn gets back.
719 Virginia Tech (+7) HUGE game for both, especially Va Tech. They have had their proverbial bubbles bursted the last couple years. This is a chance to get a big-time win and barring a disaster in ACC play, this would lock them in the field. K-State hit 10 3's and shot well vs. James Madison. Good go-against spot here. I like taking Seth Greenberg as a road dog, love betting against as a home fav.
Nice hit on LeSally Shooter. Keep em coming!
763 Arkansas State (+8) https://www.jonesborosun.com/story.php?ID=45293 Big motivation here for Arkansas State. Lost the last two years to this Missouri State club. Brady is a good defensive coach and he will figure out a defense to stop the post in one on one situations. Mo St likes to spread the floor for the outside shots.

719 Virginia Tech (+4') 2nd H 2* Pullen missed 18 minutes of the 1st half with 3 fouls, but I like the way Spradling came in and ran the team. Pullen will give them more offense, but he will turn it over more as well.
721/722 Ohio State/Florida OV 66' 1st Half Games are being called tighter. Two decent outside shooting teams that didn't shoot it that well in the openers. These two clubs have played a couple times in recent years so it may get a little chippy with some fouls being called early.
721 Ohio State (+3') 1.5* Ohio State's length could give Gators some problems. Veteran guards for the Buckeyes should be the difference.
729 Detroit (+16') (-104) 729/730 Detroit/Syracuse OV 136' Detroit one of the few mid-majors that has the size to compete with Syracuse.
Should've known better than to take the highly overrated Seth Greenberg in a big game. He is a bad coach. He went to the NCAA's with Long Beach State b/c he had two NBA players Lucious Harris and Bryon Russell and everyone thought he was great. It's not enough just to get one quality win in ACC and bitch about not making the tournament every year. Terrible.
727/728 Brown/Rhode Island OV 144' URI lost another player for year in Pitt game. Brown doesn't really have a post game, so they will spread the floor and play a little faster. 745/746 UL Monroe/Iowa OV 141 Iowa playing much faster under McCaffrey.
