The only reduced juice books I've ever bet at other than Pinnacle and 5 Dimes limited reduced juice menu are Bet Phoenix and Bet Online. Bet Online does not offer reduced juice accounts any longer is what I found out when looking for an account. I think they are out. If I recall they were -108 on halftimes NBA any way not -105 a few years ago.
Somebody with knowlege of Bet Phoenix might be able to indicate if they offer it but I would be surprised they would go that far. I don't bet there any longer.

I have a handful of offscreen agents who offer -105 on NBA and NCAA halftimes.
I have played with them for years and they are solid as a rock, (Settling weekly or bi-weekly on a range as low as 1k up to 20k per settlement), I could set people up with these agents but there is no way in hell (pardon my language) without posting up the money.
