Why would LAL go after Mike Brown

Why would LAL go after Mike Brown I was not impressed at all w/ him in Cleveland. They had a solid team there w/ LBJ and good role players. I don't view him as a coach that one of the most storied franchises would specifically target #1... thoughts?
Agree Mike Brown is an idiot. He can't put two sentences together. All he did was kiss Lebron's ass. Every interview was the same thing...I hope the Lakers aren't looking at this guy.
After putting up with LeBron for all those years he deserves a second chance. He already has dealt with big egos.
After putting up with LeBron for all those years he deserves a second chance. With infinite resources youd think they could find someone with a higher BB IQ. I know it's wikipedia but he's already listed as HC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Brown_%28basketball,_born_1970%29 They know more than me though... thats why I'm not a GM/Owner I guess...

had to have reaallly nailed the interview(s). Think about it, his competition was Van Gundy and Adlemen. Van Gundy should be given any head coaching job he wants based on sense of humor/ he's the best announcer ever that isn't really an announcer. Adleman: all the guy did is rip off 21 straight (cmon, in the NBA --- THAT'S C-R-A-Z-Y) while rotating in and out McGrady and Yao from IR. Heavy credential by itself.

I would miss Van Gundy as an announcer. Still will never forget the Knicks brawl when Van Gundy was on the floor grabbing somebody's ankle.
yes, I hope he stays in the booth/ announcer table. In a way it reminds me of Gruden...always get a kick out of his name being thrown around for head jobs in NFL...it's like -- have you seen Monday Night Football!! guy is the best ever and unless I'm missing something it appears he is having a ball doing it. Obviously part of the allure of him as a broadcaster -- he really apears to enjoy it...can't imagine he'd trade that for the rigors of a head coach job again, I mean, he still has all the positives, well, most of them, he's around the guys, around football, he's still "in the mix" and you just know that's what would eat at these guys if they weren't doing the brodcasting..so yea call me selfish but I hope like crazy both of them stay put. Back to the subject, Brown had to have really came strong in the interviews, it's the only logical thing. Dealing with egos can only go so far, the guy is just a bad coach, period

ive never been a fan of mr potato head. they'd be better off pulling a real mr potato head out of a hasbro box and give him his own little seat on the sideline.
