extended stay in Vegas

Does any one know about booking through Las Vegas Advisor and having the flying time extended?
We would fly in on a Thursday and stay at a hotel for 5 days, BUT we would then stay another 3 days with family and not fly out until 4 days after check out. It seems I can't choose a return date farther out than the day I "leave the hotel"... Any suggestions...
