New member - need some help

I just signed up for the on line advisor and I cannot open up this months newsletter. When I select the newsletter it asks me to login. I do sign in and then select the newsletter again, then it asks me to log in again. I don't seem to be able to open up my newsletter on my iPad. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

If you go to the LVA website and click on 'contact us', you can get their phone No. which is; Toll-free: 800-244-2224.
Or use their direct email template and ask them what to do. I've had to call them a few times over the years and have always found someone to help me with whatever issue I had at the time.
