10/13-16 College Football

Dr. Bob 1, Shooter 0 I'm just terrible in college football right now.
135/136 Bowling Green/Temple UN 54 113/114 Army/Rutgers UN 43
135/136 Bowling Green/Temple UN 54 113/114 Army/Rutgers UN 43
who moved those 2? That Army total seems really really low. Army has been sailing over the total this year. 58, 59, 56, 77, 64. Their only low total was the 24-0 thumping of North Texas who was on the 3rd or 4th string QB near the beginning of the game. Rutgers is a crapfest of a team but most of their opponents have either been poor offensively or good defensively (while Army is seemingly bad defense, good offense) and Rutgers is a mediocre offensive team. Dodd looked pretty decent against UConn last week....
Not sure. I see the logic in both. In Army-Rutgers, usual starter Tom Savage looks like he has been cleared to play. It is still unknown if he will start though. In the BG-Temple game, BG's usual QB Matt Schilz returned from injury LW and the original # was likely inflated due to his return.

110 Duke (+19') (-105) Miami off a blowout loss at home to rival Noles. Duke off a bye week and not very good. Why isn't Miami laying 3 TD's here? 143/144 UNLV/Colorado State OV 51 Colo State is finally getting the hang of Steve Fairchild's offense and had over 400 yds at AFA LW. 2 bad teams usually either = really low scoring or really high scoring. I go with the latter.

Maybe Rutgers dee can stop Army this week. good luck
183/184 Houston/Rice UN 64 Both teams gave up a boatload of yards LW. Houston starting Frosh QB now on the road. Rice doesn't have any playmakers other than Michigan transfer RB Sam McGuffie.
147 Buffalo (+14') and (+8') 1st H Northern Illinois off 3 straight road wins and beating the favorite in the MAC East (Temple). Now they have Homecoming. I like to go against big HC favs and look at small HC dogs. NIU also has their biggest rival in the MAC West Central Michigan next week.
151/152 SMU/Navy UN 52'
145/146 Western Mich/Notre Dame OV 52' Notre Dame hits easy part of the schedule now. Chance for them to really open up the offense. Happy action fun time.
