Les Miles has been taking crap all week nationally. Getting a TD with a really good defense always gets my interest. I think Miles is a donkey coach, but his guys play hard for him.
Way too much work and stress to go 36-31-1. A plus-side week to break a 2-week losing streak, but not good enough. Lines are way too tight. I have to isolate games. I should have just played a few plays a week and protected my record when I hit 65% the first two weeks. That may be the pussy way out, but it's probably the smart way to do it.

What's wrong with 36-31-1?
With some line shopping it's probably 38-30-1 or so + at -105 or -107, that's a nice return. I'd rather be 53% over 10000 games than 65% over 100..
I think I sometimes have too much confidence in my stuff and I am prepared in terms of research and analysis, but the lines are so tight now and I need to make adjustments. I also need to stop getting in front of TCU, Boise and Utah unless the situation is perfect. Sometimes I am too stubborn though.
