# 142 duke +17 number is absurd...we have a va tech team playing their 1st true road game coming off a 24 pt win as a home dog...perfect...the nation is patting the hokies on the back and telling them how great they are...fact of the matter is tyrod taylor was 4 of 9 passing in that game.the guy had 4 completions in a HOME game...now i know va tech got it done on the ground but this team historically doesn't go on the road and blow teams out.5 road games last year with no double digit victories...it's not their style.off the big home win vs miami-fla and a revenge game vs boston college next week and i think the hokies find themselves in a dogfight with the blue devils...last year duke lost 14-3 in blacksburg without thaddeus lewis that day.lewis is capable with his arm and mobility to keep his guys in this game...although duke beat a nobody last week it can't hurt their confidence that they compiled 28 1st downs and 487 yds of offense...situationally and fundamentally it's just way too many points to be laying....i'm on the blue devils big +17...good luck fellas

Thaddeus Lewis VTech has allowed 1 passing TD this season. Don't know if Lewis would be the most talented QB they will have seen, but he may be hard pressed to throw one on Saturday. With that said, scoring for Duke could max out at 10. VTech will probably get 1 TD from special teams or defense, 1 TD passing and 2 TD's rushing. That would cover the 17, but that may only be the minimum once the VTech RB's get a taste of the gaping holes. As Marshall found out, once they get a taste, it's hard to stop them.
