Idaho has 13 starter back, NMSt 10. Idaho has a 3rd year HC, AND its QB back. NMst is starting from scratch, with a radically new game plan. In week 1 of college football, it is difficult to NOT find good bets when you have more starters, continuity, and the other team is in rebuilding bigtime mode.
