Friend wants a special line of over/under 46 in the Geo/A&M game. How would I go about figuring out a line to offer? I did notice it crossed the key numbers 48/49. Is there a formula for this?

Un 46 20 points off the prevailing line is a tough one, at least for me. He'd probably have to lay so much he'd back off anyway so it's a pretty pointless request unless he's just hoping you make a big mistake. You know he's committed to the Over so just make it impossible for him to bet it. Sounds like he's taking a shot.
