I meant actual Las Vegas sportsbooks. My best guess is that the Hilton might have these halftime team totals but I didn't know anything aside from regular sides and totals would be posted, so I've been at the center Strip.
you're going have a horrible time finding these in vegas. for big games i.e. bcs title game or super bowl, they're all over the place. for regular bowl games or nfl games, they're few and far between.

Books got killed on them or they just dont want to bother with them? Thanks
ed, your probably using a credit out if they dont have it. is this correct?
All credit outs. Most off screen but accces to a few big name on screen via credit
I bet offshore but my limit with the Greek on things like props, quarter lines, and team totals is only $100. They give me limits far higher than I would ever need on regular sides and totals, but the limits on the smaller markets are really low. Wally was extremely nice to me when I inquired about my low limits and I am really not all that sharp compared to many (I am mostly a nickel bettor) but he was firm yet polite that my limit could only be $100 on non-standard bets. I mainly joined Las Vegas Advisor for betting advice for my trips to Vegas and it seemed like most of the plays during the year when I was not in Vegas had lines that were much better in Vegas. Unfortunately my bowl trip hasn't worked out too well since most of the plays weren't available to me.
