9/23-25 College Football

9/23-25 College Football 28-23-1 last week. 84-55-2 overall. one early play: 354 BYU (+3') (-115) Nevada off huge win over Cal. BYU blown out at FSU last week. Much like the Washington game opening weekend, I'll take the Mormons as a home pup more often than not. Cal was the first team worth a damn outside the WAC that Reno has beaten in years. Altitude not a factor, but Reno may buy into their own press here.
Caught the worst of the # on BYU. I got some +5 as well. 315/316 Virginia Tech/Boston College UN 49 316 Boston College (+4) 319 NC State (+8') 319/320 NC State/Georgia Tech UN 58 Writeups later.
309/310 Bowling Green/Michigan UN 58' All the talk about the horrific Michigan defense giving up 37 to UMass may inspire a good effort here. 363/364 UAB/Tennessee UN 51 Bryan Ellis, who brought UAB back from the dead against Troy, will start but David Isabelle will also play here. I think this throws the offense out of whack. The Ellis passing stats are deceiving. They were way down and had to throw every down. Expect a more conservative gameplan here.
333/334 Air Force/Wyoming UN 49 334 Wyoming (+14) AFA off a great effort at Oklahoma. Wyoming got destroyed by Boise at home. Wyoming has dealt with the death of one of their players (Rubin Narcisse) who was killed in a car accident two weeks ago. This is more of a play against Air Force. They come off a massive effort in Norman and have Navy at home next week. AFA has not won the Commander-in-Chiefs trophy since 02'. Navy has won 7 straight. AFA has put a HUGE priority on winning it back all year. Too much overreaction to last week's results. AFA was only -10' at home against Wyoming at home LY and now they are 2 TD fav's on the road?

331/332 Miami OH/Missouri UN 53'
By chance do you know what your CFB record was on here last year? Thanks!
By chance do you know what your CFB record was on here last year? Thanks!
I'll try and find it Sean. All my stuff is scattered everywhere. I am trying to be more vigilant about record-keeping and being more organized with handicapping materials. I remember it being around 55-56% or so. That's about what I hit on average.
311 Ball State (+28) Won with them last week. Iowa off a brutal late loss at Arizona when they came all the way back from 20 down only to lose. Penn State, who they have upset the last two seasons, coming in next week for Homecoming. If this isn't a letdown spot, I don't know what is.
379/380 North Carolina/Rutgers UN 44' Rutgers hasn't figured it out on offense at all. UNC may get a good amount of their starters back, especially on defense. They gave up 30+ in first 2 games and yet the total is 44'? Hmmm.
Quick comment Shooter. I am sorry about all that crap that went on. Your thread is terrific and I appreciate the time you put in here. Keep up the good work and although I will not be posting here often, unless I have a question, I will be coming here a lot...
