# 916 dodgers -110

# 916 dodgers -110 i'm coming in here pretty heavy and hopefully everyone else can pad their bankroll before the football weekend...if ever a team could benefit from an off day then it's the dodgers yesterday.after blowing 4 straight chances to close the west on the road they come home to dodger stadium where they are 48-30...dodgers are 12-3 vs colorado this year and randy wolf has been just ridiculous as of late.he has gone at least 6 innings in 17 straight starts and in 9 straight starts has given up 3 er or less...are you kidding me?...in 3 starts vs rockies this year he's thrown 19 1/3 inn with only 6 er allowed and the dodgers have won all 3 games.dodgers as a team are also 9-1 in wolf's last 10 starts.on the flip side ubaldo jimenez has been scuffling vs the dodgers this year in 4 starts going 22 inn allowing 19 er...dodgers are very comfortable facing this guy.we got a team back home in their comfort zone 1 win away from a division title with a red hot starter on the bump vs a team they dominate particularly in this venue...this price is too cheap and the dodgers uncork the champagne tonight...la -110 a huge play for me should be about -125...good luck fellas
Do the Dodgers want to win the west? I think they may be better off playing the Cards instead of the Phils. But they would have to give up HFA to do it. And it could backfire badly if the Cards and Phils switch places. Anyway, you talked me out of betting Colo.
The Dodger lineup has often been like Steve Lavin's Bruin teams, in that they play up/down to the competition. They have scored 2 runs in their last three games. Each game was started by a below average lefty. Go figure. A hard throwing above average righty like Jimenez should get them out of their funk. That doesn't make any sense, but those that have watched the highs/lows of the Dodger lineup this season have grown accustomed to being confused.
